 + -1 moreThey have what they have and they sell it. You go to the salespeople, they don't go to you. Prices seemed fair and they had them in stock. If you know what you want and don't expect much in the way of service, they're fine.

Description of Work: I purchased a new mattress from Mancini's Sleepworld in Walnut Creek. The salesman who assisted me was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and responsive. I was able to decide quickly which mattress would best suit me, he wrote up the order, and they delivered the new mattress when they said they would which was within a few days. Their truck was unable to ascend my steep street so the delivery people (cheerfully) HAND CARRIED the mattress up the hill. The set up of the new mattress and removal of the old one was quick and easy. I would not hesitate to recommend Mancini's Sleepworld to anyone who is shopping for a new mattress.
