It went well generally

We had a leaking pipe that was running at about 1 gallon per  30 min. We contacted a few companies but Mr Scharmer was the most responsive in returning calls. He came to provide a free estimate. He looked at the area where the water was accumulating, The original quote was much higher because we had thought we needed to remove some dirt (inconveniently located under a fence) to locate where the leak was. Subsequently, Mr Scharmer suggested a simpler way to stop the leak. Because the original pipes were old and brittle (installed in early1970s), it was not worth the effort and money to fix the leak. After consulting with us and asking what we envision our future irrigation system, he suggested capping off the main to stop the leak. He lowered the estimate. We accepted because we felt comfortable with his suggestion and he took time to ask our vision of the backyard.

Mark had to dig alongside the decking to locate the exact spot of the break, then do further dirt removal from under the decking to allow for the repair. Everything was done very professionally, and I was especially impressed that he arrived at the designated time despite his very busy schedule. Adding to all this was the ease of communicating with his scheduler, Stephanie, who has always been very helpful. I've been working with Mark and his staff for many years and will continue to do so.

Work went very well.  Took several days as there was a lot of work and the glue on the pipes had to dry before we could turn system back on.

Mark's knowledge and skill were extremely helpful. The work was done as scheduled with minimum concern on our part. His pricing was fair to us and he gave us price alternatives in approaching the problems we were having.

Work was thorough.  Excellent results.

Mr. Scharmer  tunes up my sprinkler system every couple of years or when I have a problem. He is responsive and thorough and I am pleased with his work.  I haven't needed any landscaping work yet so I can"t comment on that aspect.  I will continue to use his services.
