My computer wouldn't boot, so I took it in. Gilbert Cerda, the owner, very patiently explained how they would analyze all the systems and then discuss with me the costs of repair. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. He demonstrated a real desire to help me get my computer up and running. He promised that he would have an answer within 24 hours, and he did. He explained that the entire computer was filled with dust and this had caused heat damage to the video card. He could easily have sold me a new video card which alone would have cost $250, but instead told me that he could fix my existing card with a $40 part. He also installed some Thermal Compound on the PCU to help it run cooler and then thoroughly cleaned all of the dust and crime out of the computer, all to prevent problems down the road. He also upgraded the BIOS to prevent problems with the motherboard. I had to wait another day for the part, but 48 hours after I brought it in, I walked out with a computer that runs as good as new (it's six years old). I couldn't be more pleased.
