John did an amazing job! He created our plans in record time and even worked VERY late into the evening to help us accommodate our timeframe (the house was in escrow to be sold so the timing was frighteningly short!). John met with us and our (new) contractor, gathered all the measurements he needed and provided a comprehensive and extremely professional set of responses to the city's Plan Check comments. John did all of this with patience and professionalism and I would trust him with any job in the future.
