I have a very low overhead which allows me to pass all the savings to you. I have state of the art tools and trucks and 25 years experience in the construction field. I am very honest, down to earth, and easy to get along with. I am licensed and insured and have many wonderful local references. I do room additions, kitchen and bath room remodels, fences and decks, and small house repairs. I am an expert on foundation repairing and retrofitting. I do plumbing and electrical work and love to do cement work. Also an expert on drainage and retaining walls. I do all the work myself with a highly skilled small crew. I do all work to local and state codes and have experienced architects and engineers which help me to get the work done to codes. I can help getting all the permits required to perform the work. I will teach you and guide you to do the work yourself if you wish. I will get all materials at the lowest price available to me without a markup. I will work on hourly base, time and materials, or give you a bid.
