Greg owns his own company and has been cleaning my carpets for the last 14 years. He does all of his own work, is efficient and always does an excellent job. He is very helpful with suggestions regarding carpet care and his costs are very reasonable. I really like doing business with Greg since he is local, owns his business, is very professional and congenial, always does an excellent job and he is readily available. I call his answering service, they take a message and then Greg calls back personally to schedule the cleaning.

Overall experience with Diablo Carpet Care was very good. They did a very good job on my 2 rooms. A two man crew came out the day after I called them and worked really hard on a large pet stain I had in my family room. They worked on the stain for over an hour just to get it up and didn't charge me extra.
