 + 6 moreIt is a pretty much one person outfit and Gerald Courtney is the owner. He is a general building contractor. We were very pleased with his work. He is licensed. All together the price for the kitchen remodeling project was a little over $4000. We had them come out a number of times. The master bathroom remodel, lower bath floor and toilet and sheetrock repair in the garage all together came to about $6800. In general, Gerald is very good, personable, intelligent, efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend him. It is a second career for him and he might be retired now, but I don?t know about it. If he is still working and if we need something done that extensive, then we would use him again. If it was a type of thing that he was not familiar with, then he would be very upfront and would tell us.
Description of Work: Courtney Co remodeled our kitchen in November of 2004 and a bathroom in February of 2003. The kitchen remodeling included floor work, removing and disposing kitchen cabinetry as well as a sink, installing new cabinetry, installing a sink, piping, garbage disposal, countertops and hooking things up. They also fixed some water damage. They also did lower bath floor and toilet, sheetrock repair in the garage, installation of walls, removing of the acoustic texture and installation of a window.
