It is a pretty much one person outfit and Gerald Courtney is the owner. He is a general building contractor. We were very pleased with his work. He is licensed. All together the price for the kitchen remodeling project was a little over $4000. We had them come out a number of times. The master bathroom remodel, lower bath floor and toilet and sheetrock repair in the garage all together came to about $6800. In general, Gerald is very good, personable, intelligent, efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend him. It is a second career for him and he might be retired now, but I don?t know about it. If he is still working and if we need something done that extensive, then we would use him again. If it was a type of thing that he was not familiar with, then he would be very upfront and would tell us.
