Showed up to treat and once guy went into crawl space, he changed price to almost double, alleging rodent treatment needed, due to fallen insulation, etc. Charged $100 for inspection, other companies were free. Guy seemed confused about info and I decided I wasn't comfortable using them for treatment at that point.

They are $75 a visit. We have only had ants once in the last five years which I think is a pretty good outcome. When I told them I had ants they came out and sprayed extra in that area and that took care of it quickly. I think they are reasonably priced and responsive. They always call before they come out and they are here when they say they will be. I just had them spray the interior for the first time and they explained the procedure to me so that I didn't have any questions.

They spray the yard up to 30 feet from the house, where most companies only go 12 inches. They give a 30 day guarantee. Today is day 2, and so far, so good! He was very pleasant and informative.

While the cost was high, it was worth it to us to be confident that our home is rid of rats, and to know that the company will return if the problem recurs.

THIS PEST CONTROL COMPANY WAS FAST TO RETURN MY CALL. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND SPRAYED BOTH INSIDE AND OUT. THEY TOOK TIME TO REALLY SPRAY THE ANT AREAS.
