I like that it's a cat-only practice.

I like that they specialize in cats whereas most vets are more dog oriented. They were responsive and were fine to work with. When I called to schedule they were able to get me an appointment within a couple of days. The front is good and friendly.

Dr. Lally was very responsive and supportive when we had a few tests to try to cure our cat. The doctor was very nice and not judgemental when we decided we had to put down our 15 year old cat. The entire staff made the process go as well as possible, with special acknowledgment to Dr. Roach.

My cat was very difficult to treat (big cat, 16 lbs.) and Dr. Ellis handled us both with compassion. I hope I can find an equally good vet when I get a dog.

I paid quite a bit. The blood test was very expensive. I didn't realize it was so expensive. It was $161 for the test and they charged me $64 for examining each cat. I took 2 cats and only one got the blood test. I don't know if I'll use them again because I had to keep following up to ask for the results of the blood test that they had done. It took quite a while before I got a response. I didn't realize that it was impossible to get a hold of them. I don't know that I'll be using them again. I probably should try one more time, but not the test. The vet was quite nice. She was going to look up some alternative remedies for the cats instead of using the regular stuff, but she never got back to me. I called her once to find out and she said that she hadn't had time and she was still working on it. I've never heard back so I'm giving up on that, but she was very cordial. She took her time. I was interested in the boarding prospect of the operation so the receptionist took me back and showed me the area where they'll be boarded. They were quite jovial. They weren't over extending or anything like that. If one asks a question, they would answer. I don't know about the price because I haven't lived overseas so long and I can't judge the price very well. It's expensive compared to what it was overseas, but I don't know the going rate here. I think it's still expensive, $64 for just feeling the cat and looking at it. I don't know how to rate their price compared to everyone else. I'm sure it's expensive because that's what everybody complains about. It's not this particular business, but all the vets here. I will try one more time, but if I hear that someone else has a better report on their vet, I'll go there. I like this one because it's only for cats. Even though I have a dog, I tend to think that when I go to a regular vet the emphasis seems to be more on dogs in most places.

Took my bunny in before eight a.m. and got him back that afternoon along with his favorite foods. (Rabbits need to eat continuously, aren't fasted before surgery and are encouraged to eat again soon after the surgery.) Dr. Thompson is the vet at the clinic who treats bunnies. Blood work was suggested as an option (at $90.00) but not pushed and I turned it down. The clinic is charming and and remarkably peaceful. They don't treat dogs so there was no barking and resident cats did meet-and-greet in the large waiting room.(Bunnies and cats generally seem to get along, but don't try this at home unsupervised. The bunny was of course in a carrier.)When I picked up the bun I was told he had not been observed to eat at the clinic and to call if he still were not eating the next day. It was in the evening when he finally ate some apple. He was subdued after his big adventure, the anesthesia and a sore bottom. He did pee and has since pooped a little and had eaten more and seemed perkier this morning.I checked his incision as instructed and there was no oozing . Will keep monitoring. I am glad to have connected with Dr. Thompson so I know where to take him for any medical issues in the future.
