We hired Rob (Carpet Butler) to clean our carpets on our newly purchased home. The previous owners had not done a great job taking care of the carpets. There were areas that clearly smelled like a cat had an accident and there were a lot of other stained areas. Rob was very professional and took the time to explain what his treatment plan was. He did a good job lifting a lot of the stains and he also came back to hit the pet stain areas twice at no additional charge (and miraculously was able to get rid of the smell). He took a lot of pride making sure he did a great job. I would recommed him to anyone and will be using him again.
