California Closets

They were good. They gave a really sort of detailed plan for the closets and arranged for the installation and everything. The designer was really good about going overall, sorted the different options and suggestions on how to organize the space. The installer was really good about getting everything installed. There were some stuff that he had to do to make some adjustments to the closets before he actually did the installation and he basically made sure to get all that stuff done. Everything turned out really nicely. The one issue that they had was that the installed times were quite a bit out. They could get somebody out to do the design work and everything right away, but it took them quite a while to be able to schedule the install just because they were so booked. Having to wait over a month for the closets to actually be installed was not ideal, but it wasn't a terrible thing. Once the install was actually scheduled, the installer was prompt and basically got everything done in one day. They did an excellent job. It probably would be nice if we don't have to wait that long. We have actually used this company before at a different office in my old house 8 years ago. They are definitely a company that I check with when I do need closets done and I recommend them to people. Their designers have very good ideas for how to maximize the usefulness of a closet space. If it's a small closet or a big closet, they've got a lot of different ideas and they've got a broad range of closets. I can get a closet organized that's not going to cost too much. There are lots of options if I got the budget to really allow for full customization. They really got a broad offering and they didn't really try to push me into expensive options. The designer was pretty good about showing me the different price points and really highlighting what those price points were rather than just pushing me into the most expensive ones and forcing me to ask what the other options were. I really appreciated that. They really tried to give us a good design without breaking the bank.
