This was our second time using the company, and everything went well as usual.  The technician arrived on time, was very polite, and did a good job with the installation.  I felt as though the price was reasonable, too.

I would not use them again. We had a delivery date and date of installation set up. When the delivery date came I called and made sure they would be installing. They told me it was back ordered for three weeks. I thought that was unprofessional. I feel like they should have contacted me to let me know this. I didn't feel they coordinated well with the contractor or with me. I had to have a second installer come out because of a problem. It did not turn out to be their problem but the first installer did not explain the system well.

My major problem is that I think they have a scam going on their installation. The stove was to be installed into a fireplace. The sales person said a hole needed to be bored through the side of the fireplace before their installation to connect the gas. When the installers came they said I was not meeting code because I did not have rigid galvanized piping inserted into the hole (I had installed a flex pipe). I told them that this had never been mentioned to me. The installers said that they could not put the pipe in; they didn't even have any pipe on their truck. After much discussion they said they would go to the hardware store and get the piece of pipe and install it, but I had to get approval from their head of installation back at the office. They spoke with him, I spoke with him and told him that I should not have to pay as I was not informed of the requirement. He insisted that it would take them 2 to 3 extra hours to install the pipe, and that I needed to pay an extra $300. We went around and around and I finally agreed to pay $100, just so I could get it resolved. As soon as I got off the phone I went down to talk with the installers. They were already installing the pipe which they "happened to find on the truck" - a piece of galvanized pipe of the exact length required, rather strange. The installation of the galvanized pipe took 20 to 30 minutes.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY TOOK THE TIME WE NEEDED TO LEARN THE NEW INSERT AND WERE VERY NEAT WHEN TAKING OUT THE OLD ONE. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

BUCK STOVE CENTER WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY SHOWED US HOW TO USE THE SPA ONCE IT WAS INSTALLED. THEY WERE FRIENDLY & POLITE. THEY CALLED AFTER ABOUT A WEEK TO SEE HOW THINGS WERE GOING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS.
