BLINDMOBILE

When I first moved into my new home I received a pamphlet in the mail from Blind Mobile claiming their prices were less expensive than both Costco and 3 Day Blinds, which are the two places I would have considered shopping for a deal on window treatments. I called immediately to schedule a free in-house design consultation. The owner, Valerie, made me feel comfortable and informed in my design choices. I settled on a top-down-bottom-up Hunter Douglas shade for 9 windows in my living and dining room. The whole process was relatively fast and I purchased them on the spot. I later had a spell of buyer's remorse, worrying that I hadn't done enough research and too quickly made a purchase. I called Valerie to voice my concerns and she assured me there were no other options out there that would suit the space as well. I did a little of my own research at other retailers to see if there was a more affordable option and what I found only further confirmed what Valerie had been telling me all along. The cheaper option was unattractive and cheap looking and her prices really were the best. I went to one place that quoted me over $1K more for the same set-up as Blind Mobile.
Since installation I have had to contact Blind Mobile twice regarding changes to and or repairs to the shades. Valerie was incredibly
responsive, kind and accommodating to my customer service needs. She returned to my home within days for each request and went above and beyond to ensure I received a great experience and loved my new investment. I would recommend Blind Mobile to anyone looking for high quality, fair-priced window treatments from a trustworthy, local company.
