First time I've dealt with this person. He was recommended by the Computer Club which is a good start. He also does seminars for the Club - another good sign. He's been interested in PC's since they first came out and works with them because he likes too, a good sign. He knew what to do - no trial and error, hesitation, etc. He frequently asked if there was anything else I needed for the installation which was nice and made sure I could do the functions that I needed to do. He was respectful and didn't use jargon. He charges $40 per hour, but told me it wouldn't come to more than $100. He worked for 2 hours and 20 minutes and charged me $80. I'm glad I didn't use the other services I saw in the yellow pages, from Best Buy, or on the internet. I think I got better service at a better price than I could have gotten anywhere else.
Description of Work: He replaced my old HP computer running Windows XP with a new HP computer running Windows 8.1.
