BEST PEST CONTROL AND TREE SERVICE

Last year an arborist found my birch trees were infected with birch borer.  He recommended to cut them down but I wanted to save the trees, so he gave me info of Best Pest.  I called and talked to the business owner, whose name I do not remember.  He gave a price quote over the phone, and I set up an appointment. On the day of the work he showed up a little late because he got lost.  He basically started working right away after we exchanged pleasantries.  The progress was slow.  It took nearly two hours to inject two trees.  While waiting the owner explained what was applied and how it works.  He also walked around my house, gave me a quote on spraying for spiders and ants.  He was pleasant, answered questions, and made suggestions when I had concerns.  After the injection, he offered to give me a reminder call when the trees need boosters in two years.  He was quite confident that the insecticide would work, saying he never lost a tree yet.
It costed $410 to inject two trees.  That was no bargain, but trees don't grow overnight.
Unfortunately the treatment is ineffective.  More branches died in the past year and the trees will need to be cut down.  Perhaps Best Pest should have used stronger or more insecticide.  Perhaps the trees were just too far gone to be saved.  I just don't know. This is the reason I graded work quality as "N/A".

BEST PEST WAS THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK TO RID US OF THE MOLE. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET HIM IN A TIMELY MANNER.
