Its been 2 1/2 weeks and we have not yet heard back from them. Our experience with them has been nothing to brag about. Started with a half ass inspection of a pool for our new home, which has led us to a very pricey repair that should have been caught and covered by the previous owner. Then we attempted to give them another opportunity to correct that mistake, and once again details of the repairs have been uneventful. Now for a third time, we offered the company an opportunity to repair the issues that were missed, and the communication has been extremely disappointing. There is an old saying; fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. We canceled our project with Ariel Pools before it got worse. I hope in the future during their inspections, they put a little more effort for those home buyers looking forward to the experience of owning a home with a pool with no surprises.
