AQUARIUS POOL & SPA SVC

After a 40 year relationship with Aquarius Pool and Spa, we had to cut the cord. We have had weekly pool service with them for all this time. We left a note 3 weeks ago, for the pool guy to please clean out the spa which was particularly dirty that week. This is in our monthly contract. After 3 weeks, 6 phone calls to Aquarius, limited communication with the field manager who assured us it would be taken care of, we still have not had the spa cleaned out. Our weekly tech actually spent less than 3 minutes cleaning (or not cleaning) the pool this week. I would rather pay a company that actually does the work! When we called Aquarius to cancel their service (?), they didn't seem too affected that a good customer of 40 years was bidding them adieu. Bad, bad, bad. Terribly disappointed.

Aquarius responded to our request for a monthly pool service estimatel. I described the equipment we had and what we wanted to be done for the maintenance service. It turns out that the salt water system we used was not their expertise and they could do the cleaning but not the pump/filter service. So we ended up staying with our current provider but will keep looking for a vendor that could perform both services as a reasonable cost.

They do an excellent work, and I have not had any problem with anything they have done. The prices are competitive to other things that I have seen around here. I can probably beat them online on price. They know my equipment so well that I can ask him in the store what I have in my backyard, and they will tell me. They have always been punctual.
