Xl Hot Mop is a family owned business with over 10 years of experience. We are licensed and bonded in the state of California. Offering free estimates and will beat any written offer from a licensed competitor. Showers must be water tested and tiled within 14 days to insure lifetime guarantee. Cost is determined by the job size and some locations may have a service charge. Any unready jobs may have a trip charge. All city code inspections are followed.

The experience was excellent! I called several vendors who specialize in this service and they all were a similar price. XL Hot mop was a little cheaper but I wanted the job done right so price was not the issue. I talked to the office manager of XL Hot mop on the phone and she seem very knowledgeable on the service and pricing, and felt comfortable that the job would be done right. Made the appointment for the following week. The contractor showed up on time and was friendly for 7:30 AM appointment on a warm day.. Hot mopping is very messy and he did a lot of preparation to protect my flooring from spills and overspray. When finished the job looked perfect and cleanup was excellent.
