Vacuum Cleaners, Sewing Machine Repair
I HAD NOT USED THE SEWING MACHINE IN A WHILE AND FORGOTTEN HOW TO THREAD IT. I HAD TO RETURN TO THE STORE SEVERAL TIMES ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT I WAS NOT THREADING OR OPERATING THE MACHINE CORRECTLY. EACH TIME THE MACHINE WAS LOOKED AT AND I WAS SHOWN THE PROPER OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES. EACH TIME THE OWNER PATIENTLY AND COURTEOUSLY GREETED AND WAITED ON ME UNTIL I LEARNED HOW TO OPERATE IT.
