Our family owned and operated business has, and always will strive to not only meet, but exceed our customers expectations from the moment they walk into our doors. We have a location in Vista, as well as Escondido and serve all of north county. Our knowledgeable sales team and experienced installers will help you through every step of your flooring project. Gary from Tri City Carpet was very helpful.  He helped us pick our carpet out and setup an onsite appraisal.  After surveying our house he talked with us about our options.  We  had to take up tile throughout our living room and hall, and Gary gave us pointers about what to do and what equipment to use.  After we had removed the tile he came back onsite to look at the leftover thinset.  He was able to recommend an equipment rental company that we could rent a floor buffer with a carbon attachment for removing the thinset.  When we rented the floor buffer Gary came back onsite to help show us how to use it.  Because of the time it took to take up the tile we had to delay the carpet install a day and there was no issues.  The installation of the carpet also went very well and we are pleased with the results.

Sales was smooth (of course). He was early to do the estimate, which was ok with me. Two guys showed up for installation. They knew what they were doing, and were done in 2 1/2 hours. The only problem was communication. They had limited ability to speak/understand English. There was alot of dirt under the old carpet, and the installers only had a little broom to sweep things up. My husband helped them clean up to make things go faster. Payment was awkward, I wasn't sure whether I was supposed to wait to get a bill or pay the installers right there. It was hard asking them, since they didn't seem to understand what I was asking. Other than that, I'm happy with the carpet.
