THE BLIND GUYS INC

I cannot thank Paul & Bonnie of Blind Guys Inc. enough for waking me up from my 5 month nightmare. After hearing my story they took the time from their very busy schedule to come out the very next day & they stayed to repair it there & then, charging only for a service call. They had to completely redo the headrail which took almost 3 hrs because of the error in the original installation. The blind is working perfectly & I shall be forever grateful.

Fast, easy, punctual..PERFECT!

They are okay. To be honest, they are not the one I intend to use the most like if someone needs a recommendation for a blind company that's really expensive, they are not the ones I would recommend. The work was done. I've had no complaints. It was done in January. If there was any issue, I probably would have heard by now.

They were very professional in everything. Would hire again in a nano second,without a doubt.

The only negative was that Suncraft did not let either myself or The Blind Guys know that the company shuts down for two weeks over the holidays, so my installation was delayed longer than I had wished. Besides that, all was great, and now that they are in, we love them!

The work that the Blind Guys did was perfect. They arrived on time (and called ahead to give me a heads-up of their arrival). They were very considerate of my carpet (rainy day) and one removed their shoes and the other used shoe coverings. When leaving the house to get materials, they were very careful to get through the door quickly because I have a cat that does not go outside. They did their work quickly, they were very pleasant, they helped me move a piece of furniture that was in the way, they told me what was wrong and what they were doing, and gave me a detailed receipt. One of the best things is that they were VERY inexpensive. I actually couldn't believe it when they told me the total. I actually felt bad and should have added something extra. But there is always a next time...I will definitely call them again. Thank you so much, Paul and Bonnie!!!!

They were punctual and very pleasant. The completed the job in under a 1 hour. I was very pleased with their work.

Excellent. Very polite and efficient. We read about The Blind Guys on Yelp. I called for an estimate. They came on time. Prices were quite good. We had planned to order composite shutters. They said that plastic would hold up much better in this climate. Plastic costs about 25% less than composite. Very few companies would offer a product that costs less than what you originally wanted. I was very impressed. Manufacturing took about three weeks. They came back on the scheduled day and time. Installation took about the amount of time that was estimated. They were extremely neat and tidy. Everything looks great. Absolutely wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.
