Homedaylight was awesome to work with. They were very friendly and helpful on initial contact with no pressure to buy, and they were willing to work with our roofing contractor to install just at the right time during our roof replacement! Barney came out to do the consultation after the roofers had started so he could consult with them on when the installation would be best. It turned out to be the next day, and it wasn't a problem. They adjusted accordingly and came to do the install right on time.

One of the quirks of our job was that the Solatube was being installed in a sloped ceiling. Barney knew exactly where to best position it based on what we wanted lit. Seems simple, but it's not! We'd have put it in the wrong place had we done the installation ourselves. He also took into account a dormer and palm trees that could shade it, and then installed it in exactly the perfect spot to accomplish our goals. It went quickly and smoothly, and Barney was great to work with. Even though he had to be on a very high ladder, he was happy to demonstrate what each of the available lenses looked like so we could make the best choice.

I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a Solatube. Your needs will be honestly assessed, questions addressed, no hassles, gimmicks, or upsells - just great customer service, a great work ethic and great workmanship/attention to detail. Money well spent!

I was extremely happy from the initial contact through having the required electrical work finished. The pictures on their website don't do justice to the amount of light the Solatube is bringing to my room. Initial contact was made via their web chat feature as initially I was just doing a little window shopping. As I read about the possible uses and then checked Angie's List as I was chatting, our decision was made to go forward. An appointment was set for later in the week. The installer arrived as scheduled, installed the Solatube, and cleaned up everything.
