I contacted this company for regular cleaning of 2 short term rental properties. The first two cleans went well enough. Service started to get worse as time progressed. Cancelled appointments and difficulty getting ahold of anyone at the company that can help. (they have an answering service that always picks up even during business hours. They only able to schedule cleans and relay messages). Phone calls are never returned.

I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning service. I hired them for a move-out cleaning, and Suni Praise assured me that I would receive an invoice for the service, which I needed for my rental management. After the job was completed, I followed up for the invoice, and she promised to email it the next morning. However, the next day, I discovered she had blocked my number, and I never received the invoice. As a result, I couldn't provide proof of the cleaning and was charged again by my property management. I would not recommend this service due to their lack of professionalism and follow-through.

Suni is really great! Her team was very thorough, professional, and was able to work really quickly. The process of getting a quote was easy, She has been our choice for over 2 years now. Always on time, always fair pricing, always trustworthy. So glad I found this company!
