 + 1 moreHe does really good, quality work and comes up with ideas that other contracts do not mention. He never uses inferior work. For example, he used semi-gloss to prevent dry rot instead of flat-gloss which will not prevent it.
Description of Work: He painted the inside and outside of our house. He also redid the lattice work, replacing boards and dry rot. He then painted and sealed both patio covers.
