They came out and basically did my service for free, because it was a real small thing and I was really impressed with that. The other, really, very impressive thing about them, was it was a Sunday afternoon and they were out within in a hour. So it was very timely service, and responsive.

BIG MISTAKE CALLING ROTO-ROOTER!! This is a friendly warning for you to watch your wallet. Be careful, and steer clear of this company. We called them to unclog a toilet. It took less than 1hr and they charged me $440! I called customer service to complain. The rep agreed and offered $100 off, which was still unreasonable, but I reluctantly agreed. Did they refund the $100? No, they did not.
I own a number of rental units in addition to our home. For the same hour of work, reputable plumbing companies have never charged more than $150. It's a no brainer to bypass Roto-Rooter. Call anybody else.
