The service was outstanding. Mr. Rocha came out right away to take a look at the problem areas and give me an estimate. I was sure with all the leaks I had he was going to tell me I needed a new roof. He immediately assured me a new roof wasn't necessary and gave me an estimate for the repairs. After discussing it a bit further I asked him to include the replacement of the other vents as preventative maintenance and the price remained quite reasonable. He gave me a date to start the job because he had another job to finish (completion was being delayed because it was still raining and you can't repair a roof in the rain). I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from him a couple days later letting me know the other job was done and they'd be out the next day to complete my roof. He and his crew arrived on time and finished the job as promised. They hauled away everything that was removed and left the yard exactly as they found it. I even had a neighbor,who does construction, mention a few days later he saw roofers and "they did quailty work", which was an extra assurance that I picked the right company for the job. I would use them again without hesitation!

Was getting ready to paint my house when I noticed termite damage in the eaves. Since Rocha had done roof repairs for me before, I called them. Manuel (the owner) did a thorough inspection and gave his best estimate, adding that assessing termite damage from the outside is very hard. In the end, I needed much more wood replaced than expected, and the Rocha crew stayed on the job until it was done (even bringing an extra large crew on a Saturday).
