Great response time and communication. Did the work required for a good price. Didn't push for additional work. I will definitely use him again

About 6pm I noticed water under my sink and determined it was the cold water valve.  I tried to figure out what was wrong and     couldn't.  I turned the water off to the house but it still leaking.  I called Richard about 6:30 and he was at my house by 7:00.  He checked it out and determined I needed a new valve.  The repair and clean up was done quickly. 
Richard and his son were both very professional and personable.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The only problem was with one of the faucets.  It was a manufacturing problem.
Otherwise there were no problems. 

I was delighted with him. I have handed out his card to several people and said to use this guy because he is very good. He is very, very nice and very accommodating. I had an emergency and he came on a Sunday and he was really delightful. He was out servicing other clients. I will use him anytime in the future. I had turned the water off and called to get him on Monday and he said that he was out working on another client near me and he would be right over. The price included parts and labor. He gave me a nice break because I am a senior. He's a good man and a real sweet guy. The price was excellent and very reasonable.

They did a great job. The plumber was very professional and he another guy subcontracted that does dry walling come with him to repair the drywall after he had fixed the pipe. You can't even tell he had put a hole in the wall. I didn't feel like I had to supervise while they were working and I think they did the work at a reasonable cost. They made sure that everything was cleaned up after they were finished.
