I have used them multiple times over 10 years. They are reliable and we work with them on a regular basis. Their work always meets our expectations.

Rancho Carpet showed up at the time they said and got right to work!
We had been using another local carpet cleaning company to clean our carpet and travertine tile for the last 5 years.
Rancho carpet was about $150 more than we had been paying the other company and I was skeptical it would be worth it.
The last company was here about 2 1/2 hours to clean all our large home's carpet and tile. Rancho's crew was her for 7 hours! 7 hours!
The difference in the quality is so apparent! I can't believe we used the "other" company so long!
Our travertine tile looks new and my old carpet looks GREAT!
These guys worked HARD and didn't miss a step! Not only that, but their equipment and truck, was totally clean and in great condition. I would add that they had the correct equipment for tile and the correct equipment for carpet and tile. They even had professional fan/blowers to speed up drying. Javier and Lazaro were professional and courteous. They worked their fannies off! You can bet we will tell our neighbors and call them again next time! Thanks Rancho Carpet!

Called them to come clean my carpet, fit me in the very next day! Arrived on time, did a great job. I look forward to hiring them again in the future.

We called and set up an appointment. They arrived on time, were very nice, worked hard, cleaned the carpets well, put foam pieces under furniture to let carpet dry more quickly, cleaned up and left.

They are the best window cleaners and carpet and upholstry cleaners I ever had. The owner is very pleasant, professional and helpful. I got my windows cleaned within the week I called as well as the carpet and upholstry. They did such a great job of cleaning windows and screens and my carpet looks like new and the upholstry feels very clean. I was so impressed with their professionalism and hard work. I called Rancho Carpet Cleaners in 2010 to clean my windows. I looked in the yellow pages and that's how I selected them. Boy did I select the right company. I talked with the owner and he was very professional and helpful. It was easy to get a quick appointment, they were on time and very professional. The windows sparkled and the screens were also cleaned and looked great. It was amazing how nice a job they did. I needed my carpet and upholstry cleaned this month (Jan 2012) and I thought I'd give them a call and see how they did on carpet and upholstry. Again they were here within the same week I called. They were again on time. They did a wonderful job and I was just thrilled. They will be my company when I need windows and carpet cleaned. I will recommend them to everyone and those who look up carpet cleaners or windows, please give them a try. Patty Bemiss

ALL IN ALL, THE TEAM DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE WINDOWS SPARKLED AND THE CARPETS LOOKED GREAT. THEY WERE THOROUGH, AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. WE DID HAVE A TOWEL BAR THAT WAS DISLODGED, BUT I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW IF THAT WAS THE CREW'S FAULT OR NOT. IN ADDITION, THEY DID ARRIVE ABOUT 10 MINUTES AFTER THE 2-HOUR WINDOW, BUT THAT WAS OKAY.

THEY ARE VERY FLEXIBLE TO WORK WITH FOR TIMING. THEY ALWAYS SEND AN EXPERIENCED CREW WHO GETS THE JOB DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY MANNER AND THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING THE WINDOWS AND SCREENS INSIDE AND OUT!

THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND VERY EFFICIENT. I WAS SURPRISED WHEN THEY ARRIVED THAT THERE WAS ONLY A CREW OF TWO. ONE WORKED ON THE CARPETS AND OTHER WORKED ON THE WINDOWS. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 4 HOURS AND THEY WERE RIGHT. THE CARPET AND WINDOWS WERE BEAUTIFUL AFTER THEY LEFT.
