+ -1 moreTHE PERSON I TALKED TO DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL. WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND HE DID NOT SHOW UP. I WAITED FOR 3 HOURS, AFTER I LEFT, I FOUND OUT HE SHOWED UP AFTERWARDS. HE LEFT A BILL OF 25 DOLLARS WITHOUT CLEANING MY HOUSE.
