They specialize in Toyota and Honda but will and can work on other vehicles as well. They are very reliable and knowledgeable in every interaction I have had with them.

They are excellent in all categories. They are reasonable, they are honest and they take care of women without the usual stereotype.

They are very prompt and do what needs to be done. They do not do what doesn't need to be done which I like. They specialise in Toyota and Lexus. It seems to me that I get the same level of knowledge as a dealer but at more affordable cost.

They kept me informed of progress as they tried to to figure out what was wrong with Truck, When I arrived to pick up truck , I paid bill which was more than what they had quoted me over the phone, They said they would look into it and make adjustment later. I started my Truck and noticed that it was still idling rough, I called the service adviser over to take a look, he then got the mechanic over to see what whats going on, while we had the hood open I noticed that there's was a broken bolt on the valve cover the mechanic assured me that it was ok to have a broken bolt, he stated that hes seen many broken bolts and no leaks, but that I could bring the truck back and he would replace it. Today Tuesday I called to schedule the bolt repair and was told that there would be an additional charge of over $100.00 to repair it. I insisted that the bolt was broken during the repair since the broken bolt shows a clean fracture. I asked to speak to the manager but was told that was not an option

I would have to give this company a "Rave" review. They clearly are head and shoulders above other non-dealer auto repair places I've visited, and their prices were strictly competitive, apart from the free rental car to use for this all-day item. They maintain a very professional and courteous customer contact. You enter a squeaky clean office, out of sight of the mechanical work. It's almost like a medical office! They had an Enterprise rental (slight wait but not their fault...Enterprise was not on time) for my use and I thought that the detailed description of their tests and replacements was far above average in this industry. I asked them to call me if any other work was needed. The brakes did, as I expected, and their explanation of what was needed was totally satisfactory. At no time did they try to sell me unneeded services, which has happened so often at other checkups. Even with dealers. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would recommend them to anyone for a clearly superior auto repair experience at competitive prices.

Perfect Timing has done good work for me in the past. They seem to be a very honest and reliable service to work with. It s just that their timing has really never been that great when it comes to scheduling.

Excellent. I have had my cars serviced with Perfect Timing for over 14 years and have had absolutely no problems with any repair or service I have received. They are always very accommodating and are usually able to fit me into their schedule at a time that is convenient for me. It is great being able to actually talk to the mechanic that worked on your car, you wouldn't be able to do that at a dealer repair shop.

HONEST! LEXUS WANTED TO CHARGE ME $2500.00 FOR A SERVICE. PERFECT TIMING CAME IN AT $1500.00. THEY REALLY WORK WITH YOU AND ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST. WOULD NOT TAKE OUR CARS TO ANYONE ELSE, FINALLY FOUND A GOOD MECHANIC!
