The sewer pipe from our home to the city sewer line was originally installed in the 40s. It’s made out of tar paper called Orangeburg (cast iron was being diverted to the war effort). It’s served us much longer than expected. But root intrusions and general degradation caused a portion of it to collapse. The folks at Pacific Drain came out and quickly repaired the collapsed section. But they took it an extra step. They repaired our ancient sewer pipe by installing a sturdy epoxy liner inside of it, in under one day. This avoided the disruption of digging up the old pipe and replacing it. Now the pipe is good for another 25 years. Amazing! Their staff did an excellent job, were a pleasure to work with, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Pacific Drain for sewer pipe repair.

What a nightmare! For $865 Pacific Drain tried, but failed, to fix a slow leak. Even worse, while working on it, they unwittingly disconnected some pipes and left us with no water supply to the entire second story of our house. It was time to bring in a different plumber. New plumber quickly found the leak and fixed it for $550. But I also had to pay him $250 to reconnect the water supply disconnected by Pacific Drain so that we would once again have water on the second story.

40 year old 200 ft. sewer line compromised with angels, turns, drops and root balls.. We had a technically complicated problem. Eddie from Pacific Drain and Plumbing defined and solved the problem. Our expectations were exceeded with very professional and responsive service.

The best plumbing company I have hired. The office was very professional and the plumber Michael was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Our home had a banging noise in our pipes when the water was running. Michael was meticulous when finding out the cause. They generally do not charge for a visit unless work is done. Reasonable rates.

I was away and my wife called and said we had a problem. I couldn't reach another plumber who had worked for us so I called Pacific Drain. The tech was great, fixed it right away and called to tell me what was done. Very professional and will use them again in any future needs.

We had several rusted iron pipes replaced under the old part of our house. Brandon did a great job in assessing the situation. Saul and Victor also did a great job as the actual on site technicians who did the work. They were all prompt, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this company.

Since the price quoted on site was higher than the price quoted over the phone I didn’t have them do the work.

We needed a landscaper instead of a plumber.

Great! I left message on their phone on Easter Sunday asking for appt. on Monday. They called me at 8 a.m. Monday and sent Nick out at 10 a.m. He immediately took the pipes apart, unblocked them, ran a snake, and was done within about 20 minutes. They also honored their Angie's list discount coupon. Very efficient, clean, and very fair price.

Willy was prompt, professional and great. Besides doing an exemplary job he was a genuinely nice guy. Will definitely ask for him again if I need to.

This was the second plumber called in for an evaluation. The first one mis-diagnosed the problem. Pacific Drain got it right and fixed the problem at a good price.

They were very good. Our condo is in a low spot on our property so I have drainage problems. I had them come out and clean it out one year in advance of the winter rains. Quality was fine. I was okay that winter. I knew someone else who also used them and had a magnet of their on their refrigerator door, and he was also happy with them. I would use them again if I had to, I just pray that I don't have to.

I had an outside drain that was the problem too. They couldn't, I guess they would have to send someone else. They have a specialist for the inside drain, and an specialist for the outside drain. I was a little annoyed that they couldn't do both. I guess the outside drain is a bigger deal. There was one worker present. I don't remember how long the work took to complete. They fixed the problem. Although the drain was broken, and they didn't have the part to fix the drain. Which would have been nice. We didn't have the parts to fix the little part that was broken. That was kind of disappointing. I didn't tell them about the part that was broken before they came, and they didn't have the part. The area was very clean.

Done. Travis did a fine job.

On 12/22/16 we called Pacific Drain to see if they could send someone out that day due to a clogged drain.  They were able to send a serviceman out that afternoon. He was very nice and handled the situation the best he could; with the equipment he had brought. He ran the machine out 90 feet but wasn't able to remove all the blockage.  He informed me that my situation required a heavier piece of equipment. Due to the late hour it would cost $200 more; however, if I could wait until the next day it would only be $380. Thank God I didn't have any company so I could wait until the next day.
Freddy and Jordan came out the next day.  They were at my home within the time frame they had promised. The job was handled professionally, in a timely manner and the men were wonderful.  Freddy and Jordan were polite, happy, did a great job and went above and beyond to make me completely satisfied.

After the plumber removed the water softener and left, I noticed the bypass he installed developed a slow leak. He returned and re-did the work, but a while later I realized there was no water… no toilets, sinks, hoses, nothing worked. Seriously, what reputable company would service your plumbing without checking whether there is running water before they leave. Although the main valve they relied on to shut off and on the water the first time worked fine, they broke it in the “off” position when they returned to fix the leak. Although they discounted the valve repair, I have got to believe there are better and more reasonable priced and reliable alternatives. If they had done it right the first time, I would have not incurred the terrible inconvenience and the added expense of having the main Jones valve replaced. The call center and staff were very professional, but I have give the upper management an F for not being more forgiving on the price given the circumstances.

It went great. PDP sent out Troy Abbott to do the repair. Happily, it was a simple job (for him, at least) and I already had the needed part on hand. Troy was able to correctly align and install the new quickly, showing me how it is done in the process. Troy was friendly and professional throughout, did a great job for a fair and reasonable price. If I need plumbing help in the future, Pacific Drain and Plumbing will be at the top of my list to call.

Dustin M arrived early, quickly assessed the situation, reviewed options and pricing, and then made the necessary repair. The overall experience could not have been better.

I called Pacific Drain the next morning. The repairman came about one o'clock and it took him about 15-20 minutes to solve the problem cleaning the drain from outside the house. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the repairman. The cost was $90 which was much less than I had anticipated. I was extremely pleased with Pacific Drain. I would definitely recommend Pacific Drain to friends and family.
