THIS IS A NEW SPA - THERE WAS A LEAK IN TO THE PUMP AREA. THE SERVICEMAN CAME OUT AND TRIED TO FIND THE LEAK. EVIDENTLY IT CAME FROM A HANDLE AREA THAT IS CAULKED. HE RE-CAULKED THE AREA INSIDE AND OUT. THE CRACK IS SMALL IN THE FILTER AND WILL NOT BE REPAIRED UNLESS IT CAUSES SOME KIND OF LEAK PROBLEM. THE JET PROTRUDES SO IF SOMEONE LEANS AGAINST IT IT SLOWS DOWN. OVERALL - WE WERE SATISFIED THE TECHNICIAN WAS THOROUGH AND POLITE.
