They come every month. They're always the same.

We have a monthly service, so they come every month. I think their price is fine. They're good on their price. What I really like best about them is we have a monthly service and every time they always call the night before just to talk about is anything going on, is there anything that they need to work on, do they need to set out snail bait or whatever. So I really like that they actually call me in advance and we talk, then they come the next day, and whether I'm here or not it doesn't matter. They reached out and they made sure they found out if there is anything they need to do.

They were environment-friendly. They used green products and organic chemicals. They did an excellent job. Their scheduling was fexible. They were prompt and punctual. They were very informatice. They did preliminary inspection. They did not just go down and sprayed it. He wrote down what he saw and what he knew. I would give them all A's.

They notfied me in advance about the scheduled service, provided a call back number if I needed to re-schedule. Showed up on time, completed the services and locked up our fence behind them. When I originally called on a sunday over a month ago regarding dropping I had noticed in and around our garage, they responded quickly and had a tech out the next morning.

We have been using them for the past several years. If they find termites they will eradicate them for free. I would highly recommend them. The only reason I give them a B on price is that occasionally the billing is not accurate and we have to get involved to sort it out. That is the only issue we have had with them.

I have been using Orkin for about twenty years and they come every month. They do a real good job and the guy they send is very thorough.

They have been fine. The guy who comes out to the work has been great. They do what we need them to do. I haven't done a whole lot of price comparison but it is cheap enough that we keep on using them.

We decided to start using them for preventative maintenance. We have not had a bug in our house since we have had them, and that is really nice. They are extremely courteous and very professional, and they give the service that they promise.

See above. The service was to control ants / spiders on the property. Called for spraying the perimeter of the property and the exterior of the residence. Although the house interior remained clear of ant(s) the exterior always had some evidence of infestation. Service personnel always attempted to eradicate the infested areas, when a service appointment was made and the infestation was noted. Appeared to have little luck with spiders.

Cerby and Angel came out to help with this. They were very comprehensive. They were hardworking and eliminated the problem.

Orkin knows we have a dog, so they are very conscientious to not spray close to his outdoor kennel. They are careful to not spray around our pool. They are also very friendly and really seem to know what they are doing.

I would highly recommend them!

The technicians are well trained, professional and go out of their way to do a complete job. The actual company does not prioritize by placing the veteran customers at the top of the list. When new customers are added, they will simply place them amongst the long term customers. This means my services may be delayed or change to accommodate other's needs. The main headquarters will change service days or times without the technician's input. One downfall is there is no set time of their arrival on the scheduled day. The technicians will make things right with me to make certain my services are well met. I have used their services for 7 years. I will continue to use their services based on my experiences with the technicians. The cost is based on a monthly fee.

THE FUMIGATORS ARE ALWAYS THERE EVERY TWO MONTHS LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. I AM HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IF THEY DON'T DO THE JOB RIGHT THEY COME BACK AS MANY TIMES AS YOU NEED TO UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED.

SAME PERSON EVERY MONTH. RINGS BELL TO ALERT THAT SHE IS HERE. GOOD BECAUSE DOG IS IN THE YARD, BUT WON'T GO IN IF I'M NOT HOME TO PUT THE DOG AWAY, WHICH ANNOYS ME AND I HAVE TO RECALL THEM OUT.

THEY WERE VERY COMPETITIVE WITH THEIR PRICING AND WERE OPEN TO GIVING ME A REALLY GOOD DEAL. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CAREFUL WITH THEIR APPLICATION IN TERMS OF PROTECTING MY PETS.

THE REP RINGS MY DOORBELL TO LET ME KNOW HE'S AT MY HOME AND ASKS IF I HAVE ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS OR PROBLEMS. SINCE I HAVE NO INSECT PROBLEMS (ANTS ARE A BIG PROBLEM OUT HERE)I KNOW THEY ARE DOING A GOOD JOB.

I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. AT FIRST EVERYTHING WAS FINE, BUT AS THE SUMMER GREW HOTTER I FOUND THAT I WAS STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH ANTS IN MY HOUSE. THEY WOULD COME OUT TO SPRAY AN ADDITIONAL TIME DURING THE MONTH, BUT IT SEEMED LIKE I WOULD ALWAYS FIND MORE ANTS ON A FRIDAY EVENING AND THEY WOULDN'T COME BACK OUT UNTIL MONDAY. I FINALLY HAD TO CANCEL MY SERVICE, BECAUSE I FOUND I WAS SPRAYING FOR ANTS MYSELF MORE OFTEN THEN THEY WERE. WHEN I CANCELLED MY SERVICE THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO ME.
