Jim Noble has done electrical work for us in the past and we have been pleased with his work. He was recommended to us by a City of Carlsbad inspector who said Jim did quality work. Jim provides the invoice for any parts he buys and charges what he paid for them without additional mark-up. His rates are fair and his work is good. We will continue to have him do any electrical work we need done.
