Could never get anyone to answer or return my phone calls and e-mails. Very unhappy because I paid $200 to move my piano for one-half block up the street to my new home and needed the tuning done. Still do!

Very Well. He happened to be working in my neighborhood the next day, so we scheduled it right away. Mr. Lehman seemed very knowledgeable and had his son, who was studying to follow in this career, with him, so I got to listen to tips and instructions along the way. I played the piano for an hour this morning, and, though it had not sounded bad before, I could immediately appreciate the difference in tone, brighter, and nicer to listen to. Thanks Mr Tuner for giving my 25 year old instrument a great "tune-up."

I CONTACTED HIM 3 TIMES AND I NEVER HAD A RESPONSE.

"So sorry for the confusion, Mrs. [Member Name Removed]. When we spoke on the phone, I reviewed for you the parts that your piano (which was familiar to me) would need in order to make a successful warranty claim. You promised to send me a photo of the piano's ID plate so that we could obtain clearance from the manufacturer. If you emailed or texted the image, I never received it. Hence I could not proceed with the warranty repair and subsequent tuning of your Wurlitzer baby grand. If you have not yet succeeded in having the work performed, I will be more than glad to make a priority of obtaining the parts and moving forward with their installation so that the piano may thenceforth be routinely serviced. Mr. Tuner was friendly and did a good job tuning the piano. He did not respond to an email I sent him. After a couple of weeks I called him and he apologized and thanked for me for following up with him.

We moved, which is why I had the piano tuned. The cost was a little bit different because I knew that my piano had some additional work that needed to be done on it, so it was about $140. On punctuality, I was worse than he was. I kept putting it off. I ended up having to get a special piano mover, and so I put him off a few times. This was the first time I have used him. He explained to me everything that he was doing. He had a vacuum. The piano is very old and he vacuumed it all out and showed me one of the keys was not functioning properly, and he showed me why it wasn't. He had the part, it was a little spring. He showed me the broken one and he showed me the one that he had to replace it with. He played from memory something he knew, just to try it out when he was all done. I asked him and he very nicely responded because I asked him something in particular. He was very nice.

I needed to have a piano tuned, it was quite out of tune. Mr. Lehman was very professional and polite and the phone and it was easy to schedule the tuning. I'm very happy with the work performed.

We have ours tuned annually, so it never gets very bad. Jeff does a good job of bringing it back to spec. I can't comment on how he would do with a horribly out-of-tune piano but, if you're willing to live with one that gets that bad, then you probably wouldn't care anyway.
