Mannino Heating and Cooling is a family owned, full mechanical contracting company which specializes in all phases of commercial and residential Heating, Air conditioning and Ventilation. We currently work with many General Contractors as a Sub-Contractor. Refrences are available upon request. We are a small company with 6 employees, all trained technicians and installers. All jobs are done with complete customer satisfaction in mind. In other words, we take the time to explain the scope of work before we start so the customer understands their system, how it works and how to control it. When it comes to new systems installed, we take the time to explain the differences and efficiency of each. By doing this, the customer understands what they are paying for. Our billing procedure for residential repairs is payment is due upon completion. For new installs or system replacements, 50 % of the project is due at the beginning of the job and the remainder at the end, unless other wise discussed. For commercial accounts, we offer 30 days net. We offer 10% senior and military discounts up to $ 200.00. For customers who agree to a service contract, we offer discounted labor rates and random promotions.
