He was very unfriendly and then never heard from him again.  SOOO RUDE and unprofessional.

For our very 1st project with Arty, we had gotten several bids. While there were cheaper bids, it was clear that nobody else had the knowledge or as detailed oriented as Arty. Once we embarked and completed our 1st project, which entailed designing a custom iron pattern and working collaboratively with our landscaper, we knew we had selected the right company. From start to finish, Arty was on top of all our questions. The iron arrived on time, installation was clean, professional, and beautifully executed. Our of ALL the contractors we've ever hired, Arty is DEFINITELY one we'd recommend AND hire again.
For our 2nd project with Arty, we hired his company to design iron railing for our balcony that matched the design of our yard fence. This also entailed working closely with our contractor. Arty again came through with creative design that was tricky sometimes, on time and professional installation, and close collaboration with the contractor.
Out of all the exterior improvements we've made to our home, the iron projects with Arty are what stand out as being beautiful and exceptional.
Our 3rd project with Arty was chain link fencing with snake fencing on 3 sides of our property. We got chain link that was vinyl coated. The project was tricky again because the varioius turns and slants the fence needed to take. Again, Arty listened to our requirements, and executed flawlessly. During installation, his crew came daily and worked professionally until the job was done.
Bottom line, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARTY AND KNIGHT IRON WORKS!

The experience was good. I would say very good. The hand rail was put in and it is very sturdy. They were very neat. They did an exceptionally good job in putting it in. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
