Bill was timely, reasonably priced and very inventive in engineering and executing the removal of a stuck trash compactor. The job had defeated three previous attempts by at least 5 people.

Working with Bill was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. First he promptly responded to my inquiry on Angi and came out the next morning to meet with me briefly to prepare a quote. He followed up with the quote in the next few days as promised, which was the best quote I had received after having several previous contractors out, many of whom never bothered to follow through to even provide quotes and most of whom were more interested in wasting my time with stupid sales pitches and outright mind games. After hiring Bill, he began work promptly and showed up consistently to do the job as planned/discussed, the whole time providing suggestions/feedback that was of great help given his vast experience in the business, which helped put my mind at ease and convinced me that I had made the right decision to hire the right professional for the job. There's plenty more I could say, but am running out of space. Will try to upload pics later. Bottom line: highly recommend!!

Bill showed up on time everyday, did what he said he was going to do, and was very professional and communicative. He also had great attention to detail which resulted in a awesome finished product. Here is a before and after pic.

Amazing work quality, great customer service, with some very fair pricing. Overall, he was phenomenal, super nice, and presented himself in a professional manner, explaining himself during the process. I would definitely recommend them!

Every morning at 8am they were at my house. Very easy to work with. When I wanted to add more to the project they were very helpful and accommodating. They were trustworthy. I left them alone in my house almost the entire time. If they told me they were going to do something, they did it. I highly recommend Bill, and his company. So happy I chose them.

Bill and Richard were very professional and friendly and actually made a few suggestions that I liked better than my original plan. Their pricing was very fair. I was extremely pleased with the finished job.

Out of all the contractors I met, jason was by far the best. Here is why. He didn't push me or try to sell me any high end finishes. Instead, he just focused on the details of the scope of work. He was so detailed that he has mentioned something I didn't even consider before. I love his professionalism.
