Before he formed High Tide Pool and Spa, David has serviced our pool for 2 years and we are completely satisfied. Our pool always looked great with no issues. He anticipated issues due to weather and seasonal changes so we always had a pool that was balanced. David showed up on the scheduled day each week to perform the service. If there was a delay, he always notified us and told us when the service was going to be done. David also has replaced a pool light and other system repairs to our complete satisfaction.

One period of time we were gone for 3 months, and we had complete confidence the pool would be completely maintained so we could come home and jump right in.

High Tide Pool and Spa is owned and operated by a single guy, so the person I spoke with over the phone and the service provider are the same person, David Grandis. David is a bright young man and a hard worker. He communicated to me exactly what I needed to know about my pool and spa, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. His prices were fair, the services were excellent, and unlike some other pool service providers, he showed up on time. He also loves dogs! I couldn't be happier with the service overall.
