He took out fluorescent lights in kitchen, repaired ceiling and repainted entire celling. Added 7 LED lights. All work was done beautifully and on time. He always cleaned up everything before he left. He always showed up when he said he would. He has done several other jobs in the past including redoing a master bathroom from the studs up. I would definitely hire him again.

Guedes did a great job! 3 other contractors told me that I could not have a handicapped accessible walk in shower in my 30 year old home. But he said that he could do it and he did. The father son team took the current bathroom back to the studs and enlarged it. They did the design and color in addition to the construction process. They were always here when they said they would be here. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. They said it would take 5-6 weeks and it did. They were always professional. They put in a new tub, new counters, new custom cabinetry, new tile floor, new huge tiled walk in shower, replumbed, put in new electricicity, new faucets, new lighting and a new door. They told me exactly what each item would cost line by line. In the master bedroom they took down the acouostic ceiling, put in a fan and new cam lighting and repainted the room. I have used them since for several other smaller jobs such as recarpeting two rooms, redoing a cable connection and repainting a retaining wall and even some fencing. They can do most anything. I most recently used them on these projects March 2013. They were the not thelest expensive bid, nor the most expensive bid that I received. Jerry Carter

This is our 4th time that we have had Guedes Construction Inc do some work for us. Our previous jobs included a master bath remodel, a guest bath remodel, and more window installation. We have been very satisfied with the work that has been done for us. In each case, a detailed estimate was given so there was no surprises with the cost. The work has always been completed in a timely fashion. The workers are punctual, professional, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The owner, Rick, is always responsive to your concerns and does everything possible to make sure that you are happy with the job. He also offers many helpful suggestions when you are planning your project. Their prices are not the lowest, but are very competitive with other companies. I am willing to pay a little more for peace of mind that the project will be completed satisfactorily by a company that has a high professional work ethic and a high degree of integrity.

They did great job and did very good work. They charged what they said they would charge. The quality of the work was very good.

We couldn't be happier with the work. They arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up the areas in which they worked. They had the same high expectations of their work that I did and while they were a bit more expensive than another quote we got, I'm glad we made the decision to use them. Not for a second did I worry about the outcome of the job and when it was finished, I was thrilled with the outcome. I'd definitely recommend them!

After having a terrible experience with Marrokal Construction and Design, we got estimates from several other construction companies. Guedes Construction came in well below the "major"construction/remodeling companies. Rick Guedes was great to work with. He assisted us in all phases of the project and was easy to work with. Communication was excellent. He works with his father Carlos and it is a family business. They've been in the construction business for three generations and their expertise shows. They do high quality work at a reasonable price and get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. They are very reputable in a business that is not known for good reputations. I would recommend Guedes Construction highly for your remodeling projects.
