Established in 1999, after Rick Guedes served as a United States Marine Corps combat engineer. Guedes Construction has two licensed general contractors on site with over 40 years of experience. Guedes Construction specializes in kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, ADA compliance, walk-in tubs, room additions, tennant improvement, custom cabinets, flooring, window replacement, water damage cleanup, cracked slab repair and complete home renovations. We are proud to be family owned and operated. As a full service general contractor, Guedes Construction has earned the reputation for quality, honesty and affordability. Guedes did a great job! 3 other contractors told me that I could not have a handicapped accessible walk in shower in my 30
year old home. But he said that he could do it and he did. The father son team took the current bathroom back to the studs and enlarged it. They did the design and color in addition to the construction process. They were always here when they said they would be here. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. They said it would take 5-6 weeks and it did. They were always professional. They put in a new tub, new counters, new custom cabinetry, new tile floor, new huge tiled walk in shower, replumbed, put in new electricicity, new faucets, new lighting and a new door. They told me exactly what each item would cost line by line.In the master bedroom they took down the acouostic ceiling, put in a fan and new cam lighting and repainted the room.
I have used them since for several other smaller jobs such as recarpeting two rooms, redoing a cable connection and repainting a retaining wall and even some fencing. They can do most anything. I most recently used them on these projects March 2013.
They were the not thelest expensive bid, nor the most expensive bid that I received.
