G Wayne Personal Home Inspections

We had no idea who to call and signed up to Angie's list to get a good referral. G Wayne Personal Home Inspections seemed like a good fit (A rating). We called and Wendy answered. A very courteous lady who explained Gary's experience and good customer service attitude. She was very professional and pleasant and we scheduled the inspection.

We arrived at the inspection just as Gary was wrapping up. Gary is also very courteous and personable. He was very knowledgeable and happy to share with us all sorts of valuable information. He walked us through the entire house (inside and outside) pointing out all the different things he found. We were impressed how thorough he was. We must have spent close to two hours walking around the house discussing all the items and this was well worth it. He is really good at investigating water damage, structural issues, and safety concerns. What we also liked is that he pointed out all the good stuff in the house. 
Gary gave us the peace of mind we needed. Going over the house with him also gave us a renewed appreciation that we were buying a fantastic and well constructed property. Gary also gave us ideas on how to fix the minor issues he found. Overall, it was a really good experience.

He was so thorough!  He walked me around and explained EVERYTHING. He showed me how to turn the water and gas off, and he pointed out not just what was a potential problem, but what was positive about the house.  It reassured me that my home purchase was a good one!  I would HIGHLY recommend him. He used to build homes, so he knows poor construction when he sees it.  It took a little over 2 hours, and he accommodated me on Saturday.
