My home is on the historic register, and I work hard at being authentic with any changes.  I  really hesitated to build a garage, but when I bought my new BMW convertible, I couldn't stand to park it outside, exposed to the elements.    A friend recommended Felipe, and it was the greatest favor the friend could have done. Felipe understood my concerns, and worked with me to be certain that each of my concerns was addresssed.  I can't tell you how many times he said, "I want to make you happy."      And, he did. The two car garage looks like it has been here since the house was built in 1926.   It blends with the house, and looks like it was part of the original design.   Since then, I've used Felipe whenever I've had a need for home repairs, or simply a handyman.   One night I called him because I suspected my refrigerator was leaking.   He responded within the hour, pulled out the refrigerator and confirmed, not only the leak, but some mold.   He spent the night removing the molded wall, and remediating it to state standards.     He's done all manner of repairs for me over the last two years, and I've not a single complaint. He's honest and respectful, and his skills are impeccable.
