They are fantastic, very professional, respectful, dependable, they did a great work and great in price.

They were the least expensive and we didn't need a lot of area cleaned because we don't have a lot of traffic. Other places go by rooms and they'll consider the stairs a room. We liked their quote. They did what we wanted and we were perfectly satisfied.

They showed up on time and did a good job.

I've been using them for about five years. They do an excellent job. They don't get my carpet very wet so they dry very quickly. They are a family owned business and through the years I got to know them.

I think Debbie is the name of the contact person. They are privately owned I think. I don't remember exactly how much I spent on their service. I remember it was reasonable though. It must have been around a $150 to do my house. They're great. I'm not getting my carpets serviced now because I'm getting new carpets installed. The lady Debbie calls periodically for special deals to see if I'm interested. So she's very nice. They just do a great job and I trust them. There was nothing in particular that I liked or disliked about their service. I just really liked their service and it was all positive. They're efficient and they're on time. They get the job done quickly and they tell me upfront what to expect. They are just efficient. They get the job done, and they tell you what to expect and it's true. They tell you where the spots are going to stay and where it's not going to get picked up. They don't mislead you. Their responsiveness is really good. I will use their services again in the future.

I love them. He is always on time. They don't give you the window of 3-4 hours and saying they will come over in that window. If he says he is going to be here at 9, he is usually here at 8:45 waiting outside for me if I am like out running errands. He just goes above and beyond. If he notices a spot on a carpet or something on the sofa he always asks me if I would like him to do an extra treatment on that. He doesn't approach me in the way of selling, but he will explain what he will do for certain kind of things. He is just very reliable. He always does a good job. I have never had any issues with anything being damaged or anything like that. He just provides great service. They are not the cheapest, but I think in terms of the value that you get it is really good.
