I can't say enough positive things about this company.  They were extremely punctual and professional.  They completed all of the work that I asked them to do in a professional manner in addition to grinding an additional stump on the day that they did the work.  Their clean-up was extraordinary.  The yard looks beautiful now.  I would highly recommend this company.

The work was done very quickly and they cleaned up beautifully, too.  There was a hidden pod of fruit that they removed and I hadn't even seen it.  Really appreciated the fact that they took the extra time and effort to do that.

Jose is extremely responsive relative to other tree service companies, returning calls and addressing questions in a prompt manner.  Jose's pricing is very competitive and quality of work is outstanding.  He and his team ensured no damage down to our house, fence, or irrigation lines during the removal process as the trees were in close proximity to these areas of our property.  The work took about 1 ½ days.  We were extremely pleased with the overall experience and will use Jose and his team in the future.

We've been looking for a good, reliable tree service to use after a number of not-so-great experiences, and it looks like we've found one.

It was indeed a pleasure working with this company.  Everyone from Jose to his crew was pleasant and focused on the job.  They were careful about our dogs too.  They had all the right equipment.  When a neighbor asked about getting the mulch from the job, Jose readily accommodated her.  They were gone in two hours leaving a neat yard.  We will call on them when we need a tree service in the future.

Called Jose after hours and left a message.  And what do you know, he promptly returned my phone call later that evening.  He was very polite and professional and told me he'd come out the following morning and give me a free estimate.  I had previously called a couple other of the 'big tree guys' at the top of the tree list on Angies and was told the work I needed done (approx $1000) was too small for them.  I mentioned this to Jose, and he replied that no job was too small.
The next day he gave me a quote and explained it in detail rather than just giving me a piece of paper that said '5 trees - $800' which I've received in the past from other contractors.  The day the team arrived they were very courteous and acted like professionals.  They took their time and did a good job.  Others I've hired seemed to be in a big hurry to get to the next job.  After they trimmed everything (it's always amazing to see the huge pile of tree debris), they hauled all the palms to their chipper and raked my the yard leaving it looking better than when they arrived.  The also asked me to check their work to see if I was satisfied with everything.  Extremely happy with these guys. 

It's been a while since I have used them, but when I did, I was pleased.

The company provided a no-cost estimate.  They showed up on the date and at the time promised.  The completed the work in a professional manner.

They have outstanding service. Everyone in the area using them. They are recommended by word of mouth and I would recommend.

I called Jose on Wed morning leaving a message.  He promptly returned my phone call that evening.  He came out the following morning to give me a free estimate arriving right on schedule.  I showed him the work I wanted completed, he quoted me a price in writing stating he could do the work that afternoon.  I quickly agreed to such a fast response.
He arrived with his crew about an hour earlier than I expected (a pleasant surprise).  Jose showed them the work to perform.  They first removed all my outdoor solar lights & yard decorations.  They trimmed the branches on my neighbors large tree, cutting it back to near the fence line.  Then they shaped & cut all dead branches on both the lemon & orange tree.  They hauled all branched to their chipper.  They raked my entire yard leaving it looking better than when they arrived.  They chipped all the branches & used a leaf blower to clean the area.  They re-installed all my solar lights & outdoor decorations.
They asked me to check the trees to insure I was happy with their work.  Not only was I extremely happy with their work but my neighbor commented on how nice the trees looked.
Jose & his crew were very professional.  I would definitely use them again & refer them to others.

Casas Tree Service Company took about a week’s time to schedule the work. That was a bit of a problem for me. They didn’t show up on the day they said they would. So, we had to reschedule it a couple of times. I had to spend time waiting for them at the house. They never showed up and they never called. Their scheduling definitely needs some improvement. I was expecting them on three different days and they never showed up. The trees were already cut; they just had to do the chipping and grinding. The price was a little high for that. When they came out they were four people and it took them only half hour to finish the job. So, $120 for half hours work seemed pretty high. However, the quality of the work was good. I wanted the tree trimmings spread out over the ground and they did a pretty good job on that. They had to move their chipper around in order to spread the chippings instead of leaving it in one pile. The workers who came out were cordial. I didn’t have too much conversation with them but as I watched them work I felt that they were professional. They knew what they were doing. They had to grind down a few Italian cypress trees that were already cut down and it didn’t seem like they were amateurs at it. They were well experienced and so they were able to finish the job very quickly. They worked hard. The biggest problem I had with them was them not showing up when they said they would and the overall price. Although I did check into renting a chipper myself but that would have cost me as much as them doing the job. So, it wasn’t a bad price for me after all but it just seemed high for the time spent on the job. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. I would not use them again in the future mainly for their scheduling and for their price.

They gave us a good price. Three of us in the neighborhood got together to have the work done. The tree service company is used by a neighbor who has been here for 20 years now. Jose is the guy who comes out to get the work done and my son uses his services all the time. The cleanup was good too and I was very happy with them. I paid him about $1100 for the work done.

He's insured and he has trimmed big trees for us. He is very responsive and returns phone calls in the evenings. He cleaned up everything when he was done. The price was a little more than we thought, but what do we know? We have used him twice and we will continue to use his services. We were very pleased.

I have been using him since 1990. I have a lot of mature trees, and over the years he has done pruning, trimming, and tree removal. He has always been great. He has all the right equipment, and his people have been with him for a really long time. I trust him a lot. He s never made a mistake, and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

THIS ONCE A YEAR OPERATION WAS ACCOMPLISHED BY JOSE AND HIS CREW IN A MANNERLY WAY. THE YARD WAS TOTALLY CLEANED AFTER THE OPERATION AND ALL THE SCRAPS WERE FED TO A CHIPPER. VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.
