Mr. Bart Sanchez, from Best California Landscape, came to our house on August 17th to discuss repairing all broken/dysfunctional sprinklers on hill, yard, under kitchen windows. Weed entire garden, move path stones onto mulch, trim top of evergreen bushes on hill, trim butterfly bushes on hill, plant some plants, remove trimmings, old umbrella, and BBQ. He quoted 1300.00. We agreed. He agreed to come on Sat 8/23. No show. We called him. He claimed family problems and re-scheduled it for August 25th at 10:00am. He came late. Mr. Bart Sanchez left the job unfinished. We felt that he committed fraud.
