If they spotted something that was broken then they told me and it got done. If I had a car that was not under warranty this is who I would be using.

I know a lot of people that go there and they are really good. They don't take appointments, which is the downside of them, but they do a great job -- you have to, like, show up. They are very good and very professional. When you take it in for service they look things over and I don't remember them actually charging to look at something. They are pretty thorough and they check stuff out so that you are safe.

I have brought m truck in on several occasions and have B&D do a diagnostic on it and if they can't find out what's wrong , which is rarely, they will not charge me for anything, labor or machine time.

They have always been honest and I refer everyone I know to them.

I use them a lot. They seem really honest. They will tell me what really needs to be done and what doesn't.

Recently I have noticed hum from rear wheel bearing, and leakeage from one front strut . After searching ten repair shops, I have selected three which are accepting client parts. From Bavaria Motosport I have ordered original parts (Koni struts, BMW bearings) on discounted price, much better than any repair shop quoted for its, than following good reviews from Angie's list, new alignment equippment and best price for labor received from Doug I have choosen Band D for repair. For years I am servicing car myself, but this particular job needs special tools. Band D evaluated that hum is coming from right rear wheel, and did good job with replacement it and struts. Repair shop is in new clean building, co-owners Doug and Bernie are professional and the same time very personal, also offered lift to my home. Hum disappered, alignment brought all four wheels to BMW specification. For next repair I will choose Band D again.

We are n Positive results, new to Vista, searched Angie's list for mechanic near us. Selected D and B. They were very cooperative. dropped car off they drove me back to our house then pick me up the next day after the repairs were completed.

Over the years, they've done it all. Get there at opening time and you can wait for something simple like oil/filter/lube. Practically all repairs done by the end of the day.

I thought that they were very fairly priced and did a good job. I told them that the ride was too rough and the guy seemed to be compassionate about that. I liked that about him. They were very good and very professional.

Had an old truck that no one new what was wrong. Band D knew the problem and had it in and out of the shop within three hours. Honest staff and know what they are doing. Would recommend them if you have car trouble.

I arrived just before 8am and 2 other people were already in line. The shop opened promptly at 8, and the check-in process was quick and painless. The staff was courteous and professional and remembered me calling the day before. I was told that the installation would take about an hour. I had checked on-line earlier and knew that 1 hour was the normal installation time for a good mechanic. The waiting area was clean and had a TV. At 9am the job was done and I was charged $75 for the one hour of labor. The new starter was installed and the old one was returned to me. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Although I had a small job done, I am going to need some more extensive repairs done on my truck sometime soon, and will definitely go back to Band D.

I would recommend them to my friends, and I intend to return to them for my auto repairs.

I have recommended them to other people because they always do an awesome job. They return my car on time so I am not waiting around for a long time. They're just very professional and trustworthy.

My family and I have been going to Band D auto for years. We find them to be extremely polite and trustworthy. I always recommend them to friends and am glad to recommend them to Angie's listers. I get my oil changes there, and always go to them for typical checkups and maintenance over going to my car dealer. They give it to me straight, always. At times when I've been low on cash, they are helpful in recommeding what I can wait a little while longer on and what must be done immediately. If waiting for your car, they are prompt and get you out of there in 30 minutes (oil change). And since they are so trustworthy, I have felt comfortable calling them for other auto repair recommendations (body work) that are as trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

I own 3 vehicles and they've all been serviced here for the past 4 years. The work I've listed is what was collectively done in the past year. They're great, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're honest, reasonable, and don't try to make more work. They don't make appointments, it's first come first serve, and at 8:00 am it's not unusual for there to be a line of loyal customers waiting for them to open. Last time I was there early was for an oil change. I waited for the car to be finished and was on the road before 9:00.

Worked well with me. Always can ask questions. Very professional. Easy to talk with. Best shop I've ever been to.
