American Marble & Tile

American marble was the fabricatior we went with for our quartz kitchen countertops. We chose this material because of its strength. The product they installed in our kitchen has chipped repeatedly and with out the force of pots and pans as their customer service rep, Shannon, accused us of. To name a few things that actually did chip them, an empty paper bag from Trader Joe's, a solo cup with soda, and a flower stem in a bouquet I was trimming. When I called to express my concern and frustration I was met with there is nothing we can do attitude. Several of our friends have recently had quartz installed and have had no issues. They did not use American marble. I urge you to research and go with a company other than American marble. I wish I had.

American Marble & Tile did a great job with the details.They invite you to see how they were putting the marble counter tops together. It ended up being a really good experience. My counter tops look gorgeous.

We didn’t go directly through them.  We went to them through another provider through a contract.  They were very great to work with.  They were really good about informing me on times and when people would come in because it is a several-day process.  They always took my calls and answered any questions I had.  We talked with the person we worked with innumerous times back and forth to change selection of granites and other things.  We made a lot of changes.  She was always very patient, very informative, and very helpful.  We also had a problem with the seal when they put our sink in, and she was very prompt in having someone come out and reseal it for us.

It went well. I didn't have any complaints whatsoever. They did what they needed to do and they were out of here.

Excellent - absolutely no glitches from American Marble and Tile - excellent job

This is the 2nd time we used American Marble as they were the contractors pick back in 2004 with another home we purchased. They did great work then, so I called them for a quote as well as Expo center. Expo's pricing was 20% higher and they were telling us we needed 4 slabs. Carol at American Marble sent someone over to template the work and said we only needed 2 slabs. The granite we picked came from Bedrosians, who were also very professional and helped us keep the price down. We priced out the same install with the Expo center and they were about 20% higher. They were very professional and their fabrication facility is impressive. We made an appointment to place the templates on the stone so as to maximize the movement. The day they installed it they had 4 or 5 guys carrying in the island slab since it was so large. American Marble has an amazing "remnant" yard where you can get quite large pieces for very little. ($10. sq ft. plus fabrication). This is how we were able to include 2 bathrooms in the remodel and we selected "verde bamboo" and "carnival" for the remnant price.

WE RECEIVED 3 BIDS, AND THEY WERE THE MOST COMPETITIVE. THE SALES REP WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO WORK WITH ME, AND ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET.

LYNN WAS OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE AND WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. UNFORTUNATELY, THE PERSON THAT TOOK THE DIMENSIONS FOR THE FABRICATION WAS OFF A LITTLE ON THE TOP COUNTER, BUT THE INSTALLERS MADE THE ADJUSTMENTS ON THE SCENE. I AM HAPPY WITH THE FINAL OUTCOME.
