Strange experience. I don't know that his personal situation is. Perhaps the job appeared to be too small for him (only 14 feet of uphill wrought-iron fence, plus a gate). However, he DID initially say that it wasn't too small.

Frankly, because he is a small company, I was afraid he wasn't up for the job, but I could not have been more wrong. He showed up on time, worked late into the days, was polite and very competent. Calm manner. Smart. Honest.
