They sent Chris out to pick up my tv, and I paid them $80 cash on 5/13/2015. I called the owner to check on the status on 5/21/2015, and they told me another part was being ordered and that if came tomorrow they would deliver it same day. They said the total remaining cost was $150. Called6/8/2015 and they said they would call back, so I called them back and the part was not available, and they said they would call in 2 days. 6/12/2015 I called and they said it would be $250 and they would deliver today or tomorrow. Called them on 6/15/2015 and the part was installed, but it was still not working. They had to reorder and it would take 2-3 days. On 6/18/2015 I talked to the owner, and he said the part was not delivered and they would call him on Saturday 6/21/2015. On 6/22/2015 I called and part was still not in, so I told them I would be back on 7/29/2015. That gave them 4-5 weeks to finish. Called when I got back and they said they did not know the status. They said they had nobody to deliver it. Told me they would call back the following Monday, and received no call. They said they will get it back to me by Thursday so I am waiting now
