John, the owner, went above and beyond to coordinate getting a job done on a house that was over a hour from where I live in the next county. He was able to have his guy there at the house within a very reasonable time after I got there, considering I had to drive an hour to get there and didn't want to be waiting all day for the plumber to show up. They were Johnny-on-the-spot!! Joe, his plumber, got there on time, was very proficient, even explained what he did, and cleaned up very well. He was very professional and I was VERY impressed with the job.

They tell you one price and then charge you whatever they feel like it after the fact. They were sneaky and showed up when I was at work. Did not calln advance and tricked my wife into paying a higher than quoted price. All for a simple valve replacement. Incompetent and dishonest was my experience.
