John, the owner, went above and beyond to coordinate getting a job done on a house that was over a hour from where I live in the next county. He was able to have his guy there at the house within a very reasonable time after I got there, considering I had to drive an hour to get there and didn't want to be waiting all day for the plumber to show up. They were Johnny-on-the-spot!! Joe, his plumber, got there on time, was very proficient, even explained what he did, and cleaned up very well. He was very professional and I was VERY impressed with the job. Valu Plumbing - Great attitude, great service, excellent company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
Description of Work: Joe removed and replaced hot and cold water washing machine hook ups in laundry room and changed out hot water over-pressure valve on hot water heater in garage. He did a great job, had a great attitude, and was very professional.

They tell you one price and then charge you whatever they feel like it after the fact. They were sneaky and showed up when I was at work. Did not calln advance and tricked my wife into paying a higher than quoted price. All for a simple valve replacement. Incompetent and dishonest was my experience.
Description of Work: I called to have a simple valve replaced. After John busted 2 separate pipes in the process, he told me he would return in the next few days to complete the job for $200. He returned a month later and changed his price to $316. Do not use this company. Very unprofessional. They lie about their quotes and are anything but punctual. I will not use them again.
